Right before I went to weight loss camp, I was in the worst shape of my life. I could barely walk the mile from my dorm to class. I had sleep apnea. I was pre-diabetic. I was morbidly obese. 263 pounds of obese.

Man, looking at these pictures almost hurts my self-esteem. I say almost because I know I’m never getting back up there again. But damn, how did I ever let myself get to that point? And to think I used to believe that I wasn’t THAT fat…
