2008: Back to 210

Really. I hate being in the 200s. But I somehow always manage to get back here. And I hate it. And I hate myself for letting my hard work go to waste.

Winters are always bad for me. It gets cold, I drink a lot of alcohol, and stop exercising. Unlike normal people, I don’t just gain a meager 5 pounds. If I’m gaining, I gain the whole 30.

August 2007: Back to 180

I worked hard during my time as a counselor and lost 30 pounds in 8 weeks. I started running the 2 mile morning walks and could finish in roughly 24 minutes (which is what I am running now). I learned more exercises and could plank longer, squat more, and do super sets. It was a good summer for weight training.

I loved that dress! I bought it in Montreal. Too bad I will never see it again. My mom left it in China (long story…)
