August 2007: Back to 180

I worked hard during my time as a counselor and lost 30 pounds in 8 weeks. I started running the 2 mile morning walks and could finish in roughly 24 minutes (which is what I am running now). I learned more exercises and could plank longer, squat more, and do super sets. It was a good summer for weight training.

I loved that dress! I bought it in Montreal. Too bad I will never see it again. My mom left it in China (long story…)

June 2007: Back to 210

Well, after being in the 170s, I had so many bad binge days and drinking days. Couple that with very little exercise and working out, and BAM, back up to 210 in no time. I decided to be a guidance counselor at the fat camp I attended in 2006 both to help others and to lose weight myself.

I don’t have a good body picture, but I definitely couldn’t wear those size 10s any more. Picture taken in upstate New York, June 2007.
