2010: 170s
by Jess on June 21st, 2010 in 2010, The 170sI finally broke past the 180s and reached the 170s! I haven’t been in the 170s since 2006, and I’m ecstatic. I know I will never see the 180s again. It’s because I no longer want to be thin. Instead, I want to be healthy.
The shift in mentality makes it easier to just keep doing what I’m doing. I feel great, every single day. I find balance. I don’t beat myself up. And I can enjoy eating out and taking a break from training.
I am also pretty close to losing 90 pounds total! Now that is just plain exciting.
