THE DAILY BITE

Tuna Salad with Saltines – Lunch: canned tuna with onions, garlic, mushrooms, tomatoes, green onions, Dijon mustard and mayonnaise on saltine crackers.

Potato Leek Soup – Dinner: yukon potatoes with leeks, onions, garlic, and ham in chicken broth topped with mozzarella cheese, parsley and bacon bits.

 

Consumption: 1829 calories, 28.25g of fat. (pedometer not worn)

Workout: Chest. Upper back. Squats. Shoulders. Assisted pull-ups.
