I finally made my fajitas! The marinade was a concoction of a bunch of things and it actually worked out! I prefer beef over chicken but since we didn’t have any beef flank lying around, I stuck with chicken and it actually turned out quite juicy.
I also had an amazing workout since I went with my friend COLIN (I know you’re reading this!) to go lift some weights. It was so beneficial having a spotter since I could do the inclined bench press and max myself out without fear of the ball falling on my face and killing me. Yes, I have absurd gym fears.
But back to food.
The Beast – Lunch: turkey meat, turkey bacon, grilled onions, grilled bell peppers, grilled mushrooms, lettuce, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, avocado.

Chicken Fajitas – Dinner: chicken breast, homemade marinade, tortillas, homemade salsa, cheddar cheese, grilled onions, grilled bell peppers, lettuce, sour cream.

Consumption: 1813 calories, 23.6g of fat. Total steps: 14,890
Data for March 21.
Workout: Treadmill. Chest. Push-ups. Planks.
Did a mile warm-up before lifting. Went back to the gym in the afternoon and did a 20-minute run. Partial sprint, partial run. I think the fastest pace I was sprinting at was 7.2 and I lasted 2 minutes at that speed before I took a brief recovery.
Completed Day 1 of my plank challenge. The third set was pretty difficult but I managed to finish! I didn’t think I could plank for 45 seconds but apparently, I can!
For those of you doing the plank challenge, how is it going?
And for those of you not doing it, why not?!
