Day 22

by Jess on February 23rd, 2010 in Month 1 & 2

I bought a domain! So the updates here will be quick and short until I can get the new thing coded and running. Then we’re back in business. Still logging the stuff, just have to transfer everything over. It’ll be effective since I can now blog about multiple things at ONE place and have it organized the way I want. I’m picky like that. Oh good news. Ran a 10:20 mile yesterday. Almost at the goal for February!

Consumption: 1366 calories, 8.9g of fat.

Had a peanut butter jelly sandwich for lunch. Made my cottage cheese pasta, successfully! Recipe to come soon. Finally. That only took day 3 to master. Third time’s a charm.

Workout: Treadmill. Elliptical. Chest. Biceps.

I warmed up with my mile run and clocked in at 10:20 which was pretty sweet. I could feel the burn, partially because my quads are still sore from leg day and my abs were sore too. But, I made it! Then I did muscle work, followed by elliptical while watching curling. What a silly sport.

Total steps: 18,682

It is so silly. I think it’s kind of like shot put or something. They have to go on the target or something, but the next team can bump it out. I don’t know. Ah well, the Olympics were fun to watch.
