What has worked for me (both to avoid overeating and in terms of overall well-being) has been to eat lots of protein and lots of healthy fats throughout the day.  I also have a pre-workout snack and have a healthy post-workout snack/meal planned so that I can eat THAT first.  Really makes it less attractive for me to go &quot;off the rails&quot; when I&#039;ve got all that dialed in.</description>

		<description>You&#039;ll get back there, one day at a time.  Way to go on the run today, it&#039;s a great accomplishment because it is an accomplishment.  

I&#039;m in my beginning stage...so just getting up and doing aerobics for ten minutes yesterday (first time this year) was my win.  It&#039;s not much at all, but it&#039;s a start.  I&#039;ll do more tomorrow and more this weekend.  Again, it&#039;s a start and I will grow from there.</description>
